Charitable donations

The default charity split is 20%. The extra donation for a successfully converted referral within 6 months of the original booking is 5%. E.g. If £60 is paid for an initial consultation which leads to a positive referral then £12 in total is contributed. For security the extra donation will be held in specific bank account during the 6 months. At 3 and 5 months we may send a referral reminder.

Confidentiality Guarantee, Conflict of Interests declaration & disclosures

Transparency and confidentiality always assured. Any conflicts of interest will always be declared at first contact. If we spot an opportunity where working in cooperation with additional parties would be beneficial to all we will offers to act as the introducer if desired by both parties.

EXTERNAL WEBSITES

Any external websites links are selected and reviewed when the page is published. However chaZinc is not responsible for the content of external websites. The inclusion of a link to an external website from chaZinc should not be understood to be an endorsement of that website or the site’s owners (or their product/services).

GDPR

chaZinc takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide you the services you have requested from us using the contact details, usually email or telephone as per your consent on your initial contact. If you call we may call you back or email if we agree to use electronic methods as well. Generally speaking once our contract with you has ended there will be no more communication however we may like to contact you from time to time with details of other services we may provide in future. You can opt out of this at any time. None of your details will be passed on to third parties unless with your prior consent such as if a mutually beneficial introduction is being made to other parties has been requested.

Personal contact information will generally be held electronically using third party email provider and their contacts list such as gmail. Please email chaZinc if you wish to be removed.

pay what you want

chaZinc adheres to paying the real London living wage. Currently set at £11.95 (on 22/09/22) or current EURO equivalent. Therefore the absolute minimum amount for the initial consultation would be £14.34 for 1 hour research & report writing with £2.39 going to charity. The suggested minimum amount is £60.

Virtual or Face to Face Sessions

Appointments can be booked for 1-2-1 sessions and will require payment in advance. Please note all cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointed time cannot be refunded.
